Breathwork
Neurodynamic Breathwork as a practice can:
Create Space for Inner-Healing
Resolve Unprocessed Emotions + Life Material
Improve Mind + Body + Soul Connection
Mood Boosting
Boosts Productivity + Creativity
This practice encourages breathers to focus inwardly on what triggers thoughts and emotions. Through this exploration we create personal knowingness and understanding of ourselves, so that we are better responders not reactors.
What is Neurodynamic Breathwork?
Neurodynamic breathwork by Michael Stone involves an introduction, breathing session, debrief or sharing circle if completed as a group.
Our Facilitator, Christie Hubble, completed nine months of extensive training in this powerful modality. Following the framework provided by Michael Stone- we introduce you to neurodynamic breathwork.
The breathers are encouraged to sit or lay down as they listen to a powerful, evocative playlist. As breathing deepens and quickens, we are able to quiet the thinking mind and access our inner knowing.
Breathwork is an internal experience and all participants are encouraged to keep eyes closed or stay blindfolded during the breathing session.
This practice is a two hour time commitment that you won't regret.
